E - sexual harassment and punishment therefor
Section 12 - Punishment for sexual harassment./ लैंगिक उत्पीड़न के लिए दंड.
Whoever commits sexual harassment upon a child shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.
जो कोई, किसी बालक पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न करेगा वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से जिसकी अवधि तीन वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुमनि से भी दंडनीय होगा ।
